Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the use of Touch, a social app developed by IJ Roy.
Use of Touch
Users are responsible for using Touch lawfully and respectfully. Access to Touch may depend on third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
User-generated content
Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, share, or send through Touch. By posting content, users confirm they have the rights needed to share it and understand that content may be visible to other users depending on app features and settings.
Prohibited behavior
Users may not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, abuse, or violate the rights or safety of others. Users may not upload illegal content, malicious content, or content that promotes harm.
Child safety
Touch prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and sexual solicitation of minors. The full standards are available on the Child Safety Standards page.
Account restrictions
Touch may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, child safety standards, or applicable law.
Service availability
Touch is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Features may change as the app develops.
