Touch Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Touch, developed by IJ Roy, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all areas of the app.

Users may not create, upload, request, distribute, promote, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, sextorts, traffics, or endangers a child.

Touch does not allow adults to contact, groom, coerce, solicit, or exploit minors for sexual purposes, including attempts to move conversations to another service for exploitation.

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through the in-app reporting experience where available, or by contacting the child safety point of contact listed on this page.

Child safety point of contact: ijroy037@gmail.com

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

How Touch addresses CSAM and CSAE reports

Touch reviews child safety reports, removes confirmed CSAE or CSAM content, and may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts involved in child safety violations.

Touch will preserve and escalate child safety reports as required by applicable child safety laws and may report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

Applicable laws and enforcement

Touch is intended to comply with applicable child safety laws and platform policies. Child safety violations may lead to content removal, account action, preservation of relevant information, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
