Touch may collect account information needed to sign in and operate the app, including the Google account email or profile information provided through Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication.

Touch may collect user-generated content that users create or upload, such as posts, comments, moods, group activity, chat content, profile details, and media uploads.

Touch may collect device and app data such as app version, device type, operating system, crash information, authentication events, and basic usage data needed to maintain security and reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the Touch experience, authenticate accounts, display user-generated content, support media uploads, operate communities, respond to reports, improve safety, prevent abuse, and maintain the app.

Safety and moderation

Touch may review reported content, account activity, and related information to enforce community rules, investigate safety concerns, restrict abusive behavior, and address child safety reports.

Account deletion

Users can request account deletion by following the instructions on the Account Deletion page. Requests should include the Google account email used for Touch so the account can be identified.
